The principal directions of work of the company are engineering services; production of high purity metals and semi-conductor materials of the AIIBVI group; production of thermoelectric materials and modules in cooling field.
The company has its own production of thermoelectric cooling modules (Peltier’s elements), cooling and generating materials with the use of the extrusion process and high purity semiconductor materials of the ÀIIBVI group (polycrystalline powders of CdS(5N), CdTe(5N)) and sputtering targets out of binary and ternary alloys.
